Been pretty much  living in this black studded blouse over the last few weeks. It's such a great work piece but also doubles as a great top for a night out. 

I can't believe we have one more week of Summer left. A part of me is sad but another part of me is excited to get back into a routine. My work out and regular sleeping schedule has been a bit neglected for warm patio nights and late night laughs with friends.

Just returned from Vancouver last night and had the best long weekend. I seriously love the west coast in an unhealthy way. Spent the day walking around Jericho Beach and taking advantage of the blue skied day!

I am extending my long weekend a little longer though and heading to the Momofuku Summer Party on Wednesday! It's $75.00 a ticket which gives you all you can eat AND drink ( Burger Buns and Specialty Slushie Drinks-yes please!)  All the proceeds from the event will benefit City Life Film Project which makes it even more amazing.
